AMD Announces When It Will Introduce Radeon 8000 Graphics Cards – “The Next Generation of Gaming Innovation”

AMD has announced that it will host a product launch event on January 6, 2025, ahead of CES 2025. The presentation will feature Jack Huynh, Senior Vice President and General Manager of AMD’s Computing and Graphics Group, who previously introduced notable products such as the Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor.

During the event, Huynh and other AMD executives plan to discuss how the company is “expanding its leadership in personal computing and gaming while highlighting its diverse range of high-performance computing and AI products.” This statement strongly hints at the unveiling of AMD’s next-generation graphics cards, the Radeon 8000 series, based on RDNA4 architecture.

In addition to the graphics cards, the event is expected to showcase the new Ryzen 9000X3D processors for high-performance desktop gaming PCs, along with mobile chips supporting local AI systems under Ryzen AI Max (Strix Halo) and Ryzen PRO processors for professional workstations.

“We’re excited to share the stage with some incredible special guests as we unveil our next-generation innovations in gaming, PC AI, and the commercial sector. You won’t want to miss this!”

Huynh teased on his social media profile on X.
